Reports are reached from Explore › Reports in the left-hand navigation. This article covers how the list is organized and how to find what you need in it.
The list groups related reports together
A report with variants is shown as a single expandable card rather than as several separate rows, even when it has only one variant. Expand the card to see its variants; a report with no variants is a plain row with nothing to expand.
When a card's variants are different versions of the report, a chip counts them, for example "2 versions". Otherwise the card has no count chip.
Searching
The Search box above the list filters by report name, description and category, and by the names of a report's variants. Clear it with the icon at the end of the field.
Search matches the text you see in a report’s description, not its formatting.
Subscriptions and favorites
A subscription has to name the report that will actually be produced and sent to you, so you subscribe to a variant, not to a group. On an expandable card, open it and subscribe to the one you want; the card itself does not offer a subscription control.
A report that is a plain row carries its subscription control directly, because there is only one thing to subscribe to.
To favorite a variant, open the card and use the star on the variant's row. A plain row has its own star. Favorited reports also appear under Favorites in the left-hand navigation.
If you were subscribed to a grouped report before v4.0.0, check that you are still subscribed to the variant you want — and ask your Quantivly team if it is missing.
Dashboards
Explore › Dashboards appears only when there is at least one dashboard you have access to. If you do not see the entry, there are none for you — it is hidden rather than leading to an empty page. The same is true of Explore › Alerts.
